A new poll shows many voters undecided on who they would vote for in an election for Congress in the 23rd District. Thirty one percent to be exact. The poll from McLaughlin and Associates gave Dede Scozzafava 30 % , 20% say they would support Bill Owens, while 19% put their backing behind Doug Hoffman. The poll had a margin of error of plus/minus 5.7%. The poll came out on the same day that Owens received help from the second most powerful Democrat in the country. Vice President Joe Biden stumped for the Plattsburgh Attorney at a fundraiser held Wednesday in Syracuse.
