Daughter of Victim and Accused Takes the Stand at the Foster Trial

The daughter of both the victim and the accused took the stand in the Michial Foster murder trial in Jefferson County Court on Friday. Krysheena Cole, who was three at the time of the alleged murder, testified that she witnessed Foster place the body of her mother, Alicia Wasilewski, into a blanket, and then drive to a wooded area where the body was left. Foster is on trial once again for the murder of his ex girlfriend, who disappeared in May 1996. Her remains were found in September 2007 in the Town of Watertown. Closing arguments are expected on Monday.
