Paladino Ponders Trespassing Charges Against NYC Newspaper
Republican gubernatorial candidate Carl Paladino is threatening to file trespassing charges against a New York City newspaper. Paladino alleges that photographers from the "New York Post" were peering into the home of his ten-year-old daughter he fathered with a mistress. Paladino's campaign claims the shutterbugs were at the home last Friday and again on Sunday after being told to stay away. The disagreement boiled over Wednesday night with a screaming match between Paladino and the paper's state editor, whom Paladino accused of being biased for Democrat Andrew Cuomo. The "Post" says the allegations about the photographers are not true and that the campaign must be mixing up their staff members with other news outlets.
