Key Bank Suspect Arrested In Syracuse

A man accused and caught on video robbing the Arsenal St. Key Bank in May has been arrested and charged in the case. The Jefferson County Sheriff's Department announced Thursday the arrest of 30 year old Alterick Glen of Syracuse. Glen was quickly identified days after the May 30 robbery. Sheriff Colleen O'Neill says it took time to make the arrest since Glen remained elusive, living at different residences within Syracuse. The break came when he posted a picture of himself on Facebook, allowing police to pinpoint a location. Glen was arrested at Syracuse University where he had found employment and taken into custody after a brief foot pursuit. He is charged with first degree robbery and second degree grand larceny with bail set at $100,000 cash.
