Watertown Man Obstructing Traffic Nabbed on Three Year Old Warrant

A Dexter man charged with obstructing traffic on Factory Street in Watertown Sunday was also picked up on a three-year-old arrest warrant. 26-year-old Joseph Lord was charged last night with disorderly conduct after police say he was walking in the middle of Factory Street, causing vehicles to swerve out of the way to avoid hitting him. Lord was additionally charged on a warrant issued in August of 2012 for second-degree burglary and petit larceny. Lord allegedly stole food, clothing, and a stereo belonging to Roger Bogdon three years ago. He's being held at the Jefferson County Jail pending arraignment.
