Excitement is brewing in Lowville as the 195th edition of the Lewis County Fair is one day away. This year the fair is headlined by a singer who currently has the number one country song in America. Musician Canaan Smith will take to the stage on Friday night; his single "Love You Like That" reached number one on the Billboard Country Charts last week. The fair opens on Tuesday at the Lowville Fairgrounds.
