The North Country's Congressional Representative will be hosting a town hall meeting this weekend here in Watertown. The office of Congressman Bill Owens announced on Tuesday that Owens will be holding a community forum this Sunday afternoon at the campus of Jefferson Community College. Those in attendance will be able to ask direct questions of the congressman. This will be the first time that Owens has hosted such a meeting here in Watertown. A similar one was held last month in Plattsburgh. The event is from 1 to 2 pm Sunday at the amphitheater at the Jules Center on campus. The doors open at 12:30 pm.
