A juror from the Wayne Oxley murder trial in St. Lawrence County has been dismissed. The second such dismissal to occur since jury selection wrapped up last week. The male juror was excused due to a family emergency according to court officials. An alternate juror was dismissed last week due to being arrested the night before the trial began. Oxley is on trial for the beating death of Bernard Trickey Jr. in the summer of 2005. He was previously convicted of the murder, but had the conviction overturned on appeal.
