Foster Found Guilty Again

A different trial, yet the same result for a Jefferson County man who was accused of murder. A jury has found 54 year old Michial Foster guilty for the second time in the murder of ex-girlfriend Alicia Wasilewksi. It took the jury only a couple of hours to find Foster guilty of second degree murder in connection to Wasilewski's death. The victim disappeared in May 1996. Her body wasn't found until September 2007 in the Town of Watertown. Foster had been previously convicted of the murder, but that verdict was overturned on appeal. Foster's attorney's a predicting a similar outcome this time as another appeal is planned. Meanwhile Foster's sentencing is planned for November 19. He is once again facing 25 years to life in prison.
